1. About This Course
The Part 107 Drone Pilot Course (the “Course”) offered by Tomocreate Inc. is an independently produced educational program designed to assist individuals in preparing for the FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate examination.
This Course is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), or any other governmental or regulatory body. Tomocreate Inc. is an independent content creator and is not a licensed flight school, certified flight instructor, or aviation training organization.
Module 00 (Introduction) of this course is made freely available through our YouTube channel and website to allow prospective students to preview the course before purchasing any paid content. 2. Not Legal Advice
All content provided through this Course — including but not limited to videos, slides, handouts, quizzes, and written materials — is intended for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in this Course constitutes legal advice, regulatory guidance, or professional aviation consultation.
You should not rely on this Course as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney, certified flight instructor, or qualified aviation professional. If you have specific questions regarding FAA regulations or your individual circumstances, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
3. Currency of Regulations
FAA regulations, including but not limited to 14 CFR Part 107, are subject to change at any time. While Tomocreate Inc. makes reasonable efforts to keep course content current, we do not guarantee that all information reflects the most recent regulatory updates, advisory circulars, or FAA guidance at the time you access the Course.
It is your responsibility to verify current FAA regulations and requirements directly with official FAA sources (faa.gov) before conducting any drone operations. Reliance on outdated course content does not excuse non-compliance with applicable regulations.
4. Commercial Use and Employment
Completion of this Course does not guarantee that you will pass the FAA Part 107 examination, obtain a Remote Pilot Certificate, or qualify for any particular employment, commercial opportunity, or professional certification.
Part 107 alone does not authorize commercial drone operations in the United States. To legally conduct commercial drone operations in the U.S., you generally need all of the following:
- Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (this Course covers exam preparation)
- Aircraft registration and Remote ID compliance
- U.S. work authorization (citizenship, permanent residency, or work visa)
- Business registration and tax compliance
- UAS liability insurance (recommended)
- US Agent for Service designation — required since April 2025 under 14 CFR Part 3 Subpart C for certificate holders without a U.S. address (typically $50–$200/year via third-party services)
